Project Goals

The Ask: Help Greenfield Cooperative Bank contribute to the success of local families and businesses through a better online experience that matches the capabilities of their branches.

The Answer: A new website focused on delivering exceptional customer service with a clean and modern look that elevates the bank brand.
We identified the pain points for the user and strengthened the site navigation to create an easier user journey.


We started the process by holding in-depth discovery sessions with the bank. We talked through everything from navigation ease to the power of good content on the page, working collaboratively to understand the current state of the website and the possibilities of the future site.

Our design team zeroed in on a softer color scheme that stayed true to the bank’s roots while elevating their brand, and showcased the colors throughout the site using icons, buttons, and calls to action. To enhance the site’s modern look and feel, we also updated the imagery to celebrate their lighthearted spirit and ties to the community.


A clean, modern, conversion-focused website built on the brand's promise to help families and businesses succeed. The new website gives users an easier navigation system from which to explore the site, and an eye-catching contemporary design that highlights the bank logo and brand colors.
