Farmer & Merchants’ old website was in dire need of an update. Tired and hard to navigate, it needed a new look and user experience our clients could feel good about. They believed their current site no longer reflected who they are today. Its dated look and clunky feel also kept them from diving into digital marketing out of fear new visitors to the site would bounce right off.
The bank had two other strategic goals: 1) They wanted to grow share of wallet in legacy areas and expand the customer base in newer territories. 2) They wanted a measurable marketing ROI in terms of lead capture and actionable visitor data. In both cases, strong brand recognition was key.
