Branch Opening

Citizens National Bank of Tennessee was opening a new location in a town where they did not previously have a presence and wanted to bring awareness to the new branch. The bank worked with Pannos to develop a campaign with a phased approach: Phase 1 included the introduction of the new location with special offers and ATM Gone Wild; Phase 2 focused on ATM Gone Wild; and Phase 3 focused solely on product specials.


Citizens National Bank wanted the imagery used through their marketing materials to reflect the essence of the Morristown area. The campaign materials included, direct mail, print ads, social media ads, landing page, eBlasts, radio spots, ATM signs (exterior signage), buck slips and handouts.
