With nearly 20 years of experience in and around agencies, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every team and client relationship. Mike believes that strategy lays the foundation for meaningful, results-driven work that moves businesses forward.

Before joining Pannos, Mike held leadership roles in both digital-first and full-service creative agencies, with extensive experience in strategy, planning, and account services across industries including financial services, healthcare, CPG, tourism, and retail. His work has ranged from launching new bank branches in local communities to increasing household penetration for staple CPG brands like Green Giant—and plenty in between.

With Mike at the helm, clients can feel confident that every decision is grounded in their business goals, fostering a partnership that feels like an extension of their own team.
