Project Goals

The Ask: People’s Credit Union wanted to communicate to their members that they are there to help them navigate their ever-changing banking needs in ways that the banks around the corner can't.

The Answer: People’s Credit Union was able to assist its members and the community as a whole by delivering a message about the benefit of being a credit union member, vs a bank customer. They executed this not just by delivering their proof points in one brand video communication, but by consistently reinforcing the advantages throughout future messages on other mediums including social.

Process

As the Credit Union of the People, so stated in their name, the objective needed to live up to that moniker. Along with their tagline, “You belong here” our goal was to make a special connection that genuinely resonated through messaging and visual representation. Great care was taken to bring out the area’s best and show the Credit Union’s honest association as a community member, a small business, and as a neighbor committed to sharing the responsibilities that go along with that.

Results

The video was distributed across multiple channels including their website and on social media. The goal was not to communicate all the proof points in one message, but rather to consistently sustain the messaging into the future and add dimension over time.
