Pannos Marketing is looking for an energetic and professional individual to join the team as an Office Administrator. Pannos specializes in assisting financial institutions with staying relevant and finding new success through powerful brands, online/social/traditional marketing and websites that sell. As a full-service marketing company our strategic partnership with clients and deep expertise in banking consistently delivers innovative solutions and measurable results.

Successful candidates must have strong writing abilities, acute attention to detail, strong communication skills and an ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with constantly changing priorities. Enthusiasm to implement innovative ideas and explore new opportunities is valued. They must be able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of staff and clients with an interest and willingness to help wherever needed. Candidate must be highly organized and have very good communication skills.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage phone system; answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate team member
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area and make sure guests are greeted and comfortable
  • Assist in Data Entry, Reconciliations, and reimbursement documentation
  • Ability to proof read and file
  • Be an expert on Pannos' accounting software, including but not limited to; opening and tracking jobs, and training on software to new hires
  • Manage office supplies and ordering of supplies
  • Offer executive administration support to Senior Management
  • Provide office managerial functions and operation support
  • Additional duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Organized, driven, and professional
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in proof reading a must
  • Experience with Function Point a plus
  • Must be willing to travel locally, as needed

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
