Pannos Marketing, a vibrant and growing full-service agency located in Southern NH, seeks a well-organized and detail-minded Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Senior Account Executive/Team Lead, the Account Coordinator will provide support to the Client Services team, working directly with Account Executives (AEs) to serve clients in a responsive, efficient, effective and accurate manner to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Stellar communication is a must. You should have a passion for working with clients and enjoy working in a collaborative environment! The Account Coordinator will also be responsible for providing a sharp eye while proofing and will be handling multiple projects along with managing and building client relationships.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with AEs to serve clients in a responsive, efficient, effective and accurate manner to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Be aware of all clients and current projects in order to serve as the point of contact for clients in the event of AE’s absence, including vacation, illness, etc.
  • Assist AEs in the creation of estimates, timelines, budget, meeting materials and proposals
  • Track, monitor and guide all assigned client jobs through the creative, web and media departments
  • Act as the liaison between assigned clients and all departments within Pannos.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of assigned clients and their markets.
  • Translate the goals of assigned clients to actionable plans and execute Pannos services that align with those plans.
    • Create and maintain a project plan that all parties involved are aligned to.
    • Maintain project flow and ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
    • Identify and initiate steps to mitigate risk and solve any project issues.
  • Document discussions during client meetings and prepares contact reports
  • Provide proofreading support for the client services team and other agency personnel
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in an agency environment.
  • 2+ years experience with marketing project management.
  • Experience working directly with internal and external clients.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, deadline-driven and able to prioritize.
  • Must be highly proactive and collaborative.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality.

 

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
